 | Congratulations to our President, Chris Dunn, for being named one of Alaska's "Top Forty Under 40" by the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce and the Alaska Journal of Commerce.
The "Top Forty" program is designed to recognize Alaska's premier community and business leaders younger than age 40. This year Chris was the youngest professional recognized and should be proud of his accomplishments with the success of Integrity and in his community outreach. |

About Us |
 |
Integrity began as a family operated business with a focus on the long-haul. Born in Anchorage as the son of a local roofer, Roger (our Senior Partner) was apprenticed by his father and has over thirty years experience in the local roofing trade. Many years of growth in Eagle River lead to an expansion to Anchorage and a partnership with Chris Dunn (our President).
Our Mission: Integrity is in business to improve the lives of their customers by providing the highest quality products and workmanship and creating the best possible experience for them. Integrity is also in business to improve the lives of their employees by providing personal and financial growth opportunities for them and creating long term growth, profitability and stability for the company.

Roger's Dad
Stan Branson came to Alaska in 1947 as a Marine and served two years stationed in Kodiak. In 1949 after receiving his Honorable discharge from the Marine Corp. Stan relocated to Anchorage and began his roofing career applying hot tar roofs to buildings near the Anchorage port. His career as a Roofer in Alaska spanned nearly five decades.
Roger
Our senior partner was born in Anchorage and began roofing with his father (Stan) when he was 15. At age 17 Roger spent his summer on a Fort Richardson commercial roofing job where he learned his hard work ethic and enjoyed roofing so much he decided to continue learning the trade. Then followed several years in the Anchorage residential construction and roofing market and several more years in the valley residential market before starting his own roofing company.
Roger had a lot of time in other companies to learn what worked and what didn't. He recognized the need for a contractor whose main concern was the customer, not their bottom line. These lessons and many years allowed Roger to open the right company. To add to his preparation, Roger returned to school and earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from UAA in 1998.

Chris Dunn
Chris was engaged in the construction industry at a very young age. At 13 he was able to begin working part time for his brother in-laws construction company. At this company Chris learned the importance of hard work and quickly recognized the difference between a quality craftsman and a "construction worker".
The owner of the company took Chris under his wing and taught him the in'sand outs of constructing a quality home. Chris became highly engaged in the field and decided to do everything he could to graduate form high school early so he could pursue his career. He chose to home-school through high school so he could graduate in his Sophomore year while working and learning in the field.
At 16 Chris went to school in Coeur d'Alene Idaho to learn drafting and design. Chris became the home designer for a high end custom home builder in Anchorage and in Bellevue Washington.
Chris eventually earned a stake of 30% of that company and later started his own company. His company engaged in custom home and remodeling design with crews of quality craftsmen who performed work such as framing, remodeling, siding, decks, and window and door replacements.
Chris met Roger through mutual friends and they both saw there was a future in business together. Chris, "When I saw Rogers business model which so clearly puts the customer first, I knew our companies were similar, and that we would eventually partner together."

Michael Williams
A later addition to our core team, Michael Williams is in his sixth year with us and is a highly experienced project consultant.
Michael began working in the filed under Roger Branson. He excelled in workmanship and work ethic and strived to be the best in everything he did. Michael continually read and studied the materials and proper installation methods. This commitment to quality is what produced Michaels astounding level of customer satisfaction.
After several years in the field Michael moved into a Project Consultants position. This has proved to be a great decision for him and the company. Michael consistently specifies projects properly and his jobs rarely run into additional work that we didn't already know about ahead of time.

Our Business Background
Roger started Topper Roofing in Wasilla in 1983. This business targeting new residential did well the first couple of years yet was brought to an end by the collapse of the construction market.
Golden Quest Roofing began operations in 1992 with Stan (Roger's dad) and Roger as partners. In 1994 Stan was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, and Golden Quest ceased operations in 1995.
Budget Roofing (later to become Integrity Roofing-Siding-Windows) is different from Rogers ventures in the past. Integrity focuses solely on Home Improvements and does not pursue new construction work.
Chris was a partner in Renaissance Design Studios which later completely moved out of state and left him with an opportunity to build his own company.
That is when Chris started what became Master Plan Construction & Design. This venture went on successfully until the partnership with Integrity where Master Plan was absorbed.
Roger and Chris now seek daily to add to their list of satisfied customers and to improve the negative image of their industry.

"They were very quick to get to work, and when they cleaned up and left the site, you couldn't even tell that they had been there."
