$10,000 Home Improvement Giveaway

Rules and Restrictions

Entrants must be at least 21 years of age.
Own their own home and have proof of ownership.
Must live within one hours drive of Anchorage, Alaska.
Allow H.I.S. Co. (dba Integrity) to photograph winners and their project and utilize same in advertising and promotional efforts.
No more than one entry per home address.

Drawing was held on November 30th 2009 at Integrity Office at 7730 King Street.

GRAND PRIZE: $10,000

Winning entrant will receive 50% off of their qualified home

improvement project up to a maximum of $10,000.00 off of their

project.

Maximum award shall be in the form of a credit towards the final

payment and will be 50% of the proposed project cost, OR,

$10,000 whichever is less.

FIRST AND/OR OTHER PRIZES

May be awarded at times and in manners H.I.S. Co. (dba Integrity)

deems appropriate and fitting in its sole discretion.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING

Shall occur during the month of November, 2009 in a location

readily accessible to the public within the Municipality of

Anchorage. Notice of the time and place shall be posted on the

www.integrityalaska.com (or the then current website) at least

two weeks prior to the drawing, or, once posted, may be attained

by calling 907-274-7663.

Two entries shall be randomly drawn at that time from the pool of

all entrants. One winner and one alternate. The winner shall be

announced and then notified via telephone and/or email and have

one week to respond favorably and prove qualification(s) to the

satisfaction of H.I.S. Co.. Should the winning entrant fail to

respond and/or qualify (with H.I.S. Co. being the sole judge) within

the said time period the alternate shall then be announced and notified

in the same manner and have a like time period to respond and qualify.

In the event that after the above process has been completed and

the Grand Prize has not been awarded H.I.S. Co. (dba Integrity)

shall proceed in any manner it sees fit. This may include additional
drawings to determine a winner, or, breaking the Grand Prize into

smaller pieces, or, not awarding any Grand Prize at all.

SECOND PRIZE:

50% off up to $500 off your project.

or - 25% off up to $2,500 off your project.

or - 15% off up to $10,000 off your project.

Winning entrants will receive any one of the above listed prizes off of their qualified home

improvement project.

All of the rules for the Grand Prize drawing apply to this prize. This prize may not be retroactively applied to a project already completed, nor may it be traded, sold or assigned to others outside your household, nor can it be combined with any other discounts, programs, or winnings.
